At KPSquared, our Inclusive Childcare program is designed to support children with exceptionalities through individualized, connection-based care. Our Inclusive Care Director works closely with families to assess needs and coordinate one-on-one support, ensuring children receive care tailored to their developmental goals. Using adaptive materials and flexible curriculum strategies, we create environments where children of all abilities can engage, explore, and grow alongside their peers.

We work in partnership with FSCD (Family Support for Children with Disabilities) to help families access funding and resources that remove barriers to care. From initial needs assessments to daily implementation, we collaborate with parents and professionals to build a consistent and supportive care plan—so that every child is seen, supported, and given the tools to thrive.
