Job Details:
KPSquared Innovative Childcare is seeking a dedicated, connection-focused 1:1 Educator to support a child with additional needs at our 24-hour centre in Fort McMurray.
Position: 1:1 Support Educator
Location: KPSquared Inc - Innovative Childcare (Fort McMurray 24-Hour Centre)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, after school care + non-school days
Start Date: As soon as possible

Your Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one care and support
• Build trust and emotional connection through consistent, respectful interactions
• Assist with regulation, social skills, and transitions
• Support the child through challenging behaviours with compassion and understanding
• Collaborate with the educator team and leadership staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Has direct experience with ADHD
• Uses a connection-based, trauma-informed approach
• Remains calm, patient, and present under pressure
• Has strong communication skills and values teamwork
• Holds a current Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check
• Has a background in child development, ECE, or social work
• Is familiar with inclusive practices, sensory regulation, and play-based support
